Rough & Finished! Druzy Uvarovite & Rainbow Pyrite
Before and after! Some of the druzy uvarovite green garnet and rainbow druzy pyrite rough that I got in Tucson and what it looks like cut up into focal beads and cabs. Both rough materials are sourced in Russia and I bought directly from the Russian dealers who were the biggest distributors of each material in all of Tucson. Their entire inventories of rough would all fit on a kitchen table. Rare materials!
Rhodochrosite Focal Bead Trio; Rough and Finished
When I was shopping for rhodochrosite rough I found a chunk of "low grade" material that was pretty sizable and mostly brown calcite veining. But there was ONE little area that had some GREAT bulls eyes on it. I got it. I cut out that section.... Then I cut that piece into three pieces which yielded these three pieces... The teardrop sold immediately but the heart and the freeform are still available as of this writing. Private message me for details.
