DVH 420g 14.8oz Bumble Bee Jasper Calcite BIG Heart Cavity Orange 104x99x29 (4020)

I hand cut this one of a kind freeform heart shaped carving out of natural Bumblebee "jasper" collected from a mine on the island of Java in Indonesia. It is actually a variety of calcite that forms from the flowing waters of hot springs at the base of a volcanoe and it is NOT a true jasper, but many incorrectly call it a jasper. The colors occur naturally from minerals in the hot springs that formed the stone. Measurements in the title.  High price is due to the rarity, size, color, and "exposure" I experienced while cutting and polishing this piece.
