Antique Sterling Silver & Pearlized Teething Ring with Bell – “Tiny Tot Treasure” by Webster – Mint in Original Box (c. 1966)
This charming sterling silver and pearlized plastic teething ring with a delicate bell was made by the Webster Company, a well-known American silversmith founded in the 19th century and later absorbed by Reed & Barton. It is part of the “Tiny Tot Treasure” line, popular in the mid-20th century as a luxury baby gift.
This piece was gifted to me as a newborn in 1966 but was never used. It remained tucked away for decades and was rediscovered in mint condition while going through a box of baby keepsakes at my grandmother’s house after she passed.
